FAQs

Q?How can I stay in touch with my team remotely?
A.

With many of us in self isolation, staying in touch with colleagues and family can be tough. There are many options to choose from ranging from old fashioned conference bridges to mainstream video conferencing. Give us a call. Chances are you may already be paying for a solution, you just need some help utilizing it.

Q?Struggling with working from home?
A.

Let us help. During this crisis we have assisted many of our clients with remote work environments. Whether it fully cloud based, or remotely connecting to your existing infrastructure we can help.

Q?I heard Windows 7 support is ending. What do I do?
A.

You heard right. Microsoft has deemed Windows 7 to be End of Life in January 2020. There are some options to stay on Windows 7, but they are going to cost you.

Q?Do you only support companies?
A.

Absolutely note. We support anyone, anywhere, anytime (with some exceptions).

While we support many small and midsize companies, our goal is to provide everyone with exceptional service.

Q?Do you provide remote or onsite support?
A.

We can provide both. Generally our first contact with a new client is face to face. This way you know who your dedicated service representative will be. After that, we can provide onsite and remote support depending on the urgency and severity of the issue.

Q?What if during the day doesn’t work for me?
A.

No Problem, our staff are able to work around your schedule. Without billing for after hour service calls.

Unlike some of IT Service providers, we realize that an outage during the day isn’t profitable for your business. We will work with your business to schedule downtime when it makes sense for you, not us.
